Shipping & Returns


We ship only by Canada Post, unless other arrangements have been made by contacting us through email.
Shipping rates are automatically calculated by the shopping cart according to combined product weight and destination, for the delivery option you choose.
Arrival dates shown on checkout are approximate and do not necessary reflect the actual arrival date of your order. Our actual turnaround time will affect the arrival date.
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us.


At this time, we accept money orders, paypal (credit cards), Western Union, bank wire transfers and Interac payments (Please note Interac is only available to Canadian residents).
Note: if sending a USPS money order, make sure you purchase the pink, international version, and not the green one for domestic trade only.

Turnaround time / order processing

Once payment has been received, your order is entered into our processing queue. While we keep some items in stock, most of our products are built per request. Therefore, you must allow generally 1-4 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped. Most orders are shipped within 1-2 weeks, but some situations such as high order volume or supplier delays (ex: for gemstones, crystals, or other ingredients we use) may cause the delay to be longer. We work hard to provide you with your order in a timely manner in any case.


There are no returns possible on any of our products except our electronic psionic devices in case of actual material defectiveness. If such a case arise, we'll replace the device for free within 1 year and for half our sale price after the initial 1 year period. .
